  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Additional Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Sausage: Brown and crumble the breakfast sausage in a skillet, then set aside.
  3. Sauté Veggies: In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and spinach until softened.
  4. Prepare Egg Mixture: Whisk together eggs, cream, spices, then add sausage, bacon, veggies, and cheeses.
