Description

These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups are a low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Thinly sliced sirloin steak, sautéed with onions and bell peppers, then rolled up in melted provolone cheese for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale

Steak Filling:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound thinly sliced sirloin steak or roast beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Assembly:

  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak Filling: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly. Cook the steak with seasonings until just cooked through.
  2. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Place provolone cheese slices on a baking sheet and melt in the oven. Add a spoonful of the steak mixture to each slice. Roll up gently and place seam-side down.
  3. Serve: Let the roll-ups cool slightly to set, then serve warm garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Great for meal prep and reheating.
  • Can use deli roast beef as a substitute.
  • Optional: Add sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
