Steak Filling:

- 1 pound thinly sliced sirloin steak or roast beef
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Assembly:
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak Filling: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly. Cook the steak with seasonings until just cooked through.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups: Place provolone cheese slices on a baking sheet and melt in the oven. Add a spoonful of the steak mixture to each slice. Roll up gently and place seam-side down.
- Serve: Let the roll-ups cool slightly to set, then serve warm garnished with parsley if desired.
