Description

These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups are a low-carb take on the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Thinly sliced ribeye steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and gooey melted provolone cheese all rolled up into a delicious handheld meal.


Ingredients

Thinly sliced ribeye steak:

Olive oil:

Green bell pepper, sliced:

Provolone cheese slices:

Worcestershire sauce:

Garlic powder:

Onion powder:

Instructions

  1. Sauté Peppers and Onions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté onions and bell peppers until tender. Remove from skillet.
  2. Cook Steak: Add sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Melt Cheese: Lay provolone cheese slices on a baking sheet under a broiler until melted.
  4. Assemble Roll Ups: Place cooked steak, peppers, and onions on melted cheese slices. Roll up each slice to enclose the filling.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
