  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
