For the Filling:

  • 2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 tablespoon key lime zest

For Garnish:

  • Whipped cream
  • Extra lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Filling: Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and zest. Pour over the crust.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve: Cut into squares, garnish with whipped cream and lime zest.
