For the Meatballs:

For the Dip:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Make the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, green onions, Korean BBQ sauce, pepper, and soy sauce. Form into small meatballs and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Prepare the Dip: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and cheddar. Spread into a baking dish.
- Assemble: Nestle the cooked meatballs into the cheese mixture, drizzle with more Korean BBQ sauce, and bake until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds, and green onions. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
