Marinated Beef:
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef ribeye or sirloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Additional Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 1 cup kimchi
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup Yum Yum sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add sliced beef, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide cooked rice among 4 bowls. Top each with cooked beef, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, kimchi, and green onions. Drizzle Yum Yum sauce over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
