For the Lamb Sliders:
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 6 slider buns
For the Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Lamb Sliders: In a bowl, mix the ground lamb with garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Form into 6 equal slider-sized patties.
- Cook the Sliders: Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the sliders for 3–4 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
- Make the Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce: Mix the Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Assemble the Sliders: Lightly toast the slider buns. Spread dill Greek yogurt sauce on each bun. Add the lamb slider and desired toppings. Serve warm.

- For extra flavor, mix a tablespoon of crumbled feta into the lamb patties before cooking.
