Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, sour cream, flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Fold in blueberries tossed with flour.
  3. Bake: Pour batter over crust and bake for 55–65 minutes. Cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
