  4. Add Blueberries: Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  5. Bake: Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, sprinkle with coarse sugar if desired, and bake for 12–14 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool and Serve: Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
