- 2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a large bowl.
- Add Eggs and Flavorings: Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and sour cream until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Add Blueberries: Gently fold in blueberries. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
- Make Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over cooled loaf.
