Instructions

- Mix dry ingredients: Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl.

- Combine ingredients: Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Pour into pan.
- Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Make the glaze: Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Spread over cooled brownies.
