Cheesecake Filling:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup lemon curd

Additional:

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fill the Dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Spread cream cheese mixture and lemon curd on each triangle. Roll up the crescents and place them on the baking sheet.
