  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, arugula for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Heat the oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Prepare the dough: Stretch or roll the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface, then transfer it to a piece of parchment paper.
