  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup sour cream (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
