  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Optional Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
  • unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt Coconut Oil: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil until completely liquid.
