Mango Kiwi Coolers:
- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
- 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 1/2 cups cold coconut water or sparkling water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Extra kiwi or mango slices for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, sliced kiwi, lime juice, honey or agave, and coconut water or sparkling water.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy and chilled.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with extra kiwi or mango slices and fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.

- For an adult version, add a splash of white rum or vodka.
