Cool off with these refreshing Mango Kiwi Coolers – a tropical delight perfect for hot summer days. Made with ripe mangoes, fresh kiwis, and a hint of lime, these non-alcoholic coolers are bursting with fruity flavors.

Mango Kiwi Coolers:

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups cold coconut water or sparkling water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Extra kiwi or mango slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, sliced kiwi, lime juice, honey or agave, and coconut water or sparkling water.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy and chilled.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with extra kiwi or mango slices and fresh mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • For an adult version, add a splash of white rum or vodka.
