Oats Mixture:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup mango purée (fresh or frozen and thawed)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:

  • diced fresh mango
  • chopped pistachios
  • shredded coconut
  • chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oats: In a bowl or jar, combine oats, Greek yogurt, milk, mango purée, sweetener, cardamom, vanilla, and salt. Stir well.
  2. Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
