Oats Mixture:
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup mango purée (fresh or frozen and thawed)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Optional Toppings:
- diced fresh mango
- chopped pistachios
- shredded coconut
- chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the Oats: In a bowl or jar, combine oats, Greek yogurt, milk, mango purée, sweetener, cardamom, vanilla, and salt. Stir well.
- Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: In the morning, stir and adjust consistency with more milk. Top with desired toppings. Serve chilled.

- To make this vegan, use plant-based yogurt, milk, and sweetener.
- For added protein, mix in vanilla protein powder before chilling.
