  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Additional:

  • 12 ounces pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • Extra grated Parmesan for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Season and cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through. Slice and set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, deglaze the pan with chicken broth, then add cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
