Chicken:

- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sear the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil and butter until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth, cream, Parmesan, tomatoes, and herbs. Simmer until thickened.
