Description

These Marry Me Cookies are a delightful combination of white chocolate, pecans, and dried cranberries in a soft and chewy cookie. Perfect for holiday baking or any time you crave a sweet treat!

Ingredients

Scale

Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries.
  4. Bake the cookies: Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set but soft.
  5. Cool and enjoy: Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • These cookies freeze well and can be made in advance.
  • Swap cranberries for cherries or raisins if desired.
  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for thicker cookies.
