Description

These Meatball Sliders are a delicious twist on traditional sliders, featuring juicy meatballs, gooey cheese, and savory marinara sauce sandwiched between soft buns. Perfect for parties or a quick dinner!

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients for Meatball Sliders:

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 small cooked meatballs (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
  • 1½ cups marinara sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Sliders: Slice buns in half, place bottom halves in baking dish. Add meatballs, marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Top with bun halves.
  3. Season and Bake: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over buns. Cover with foil, bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
  4. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use frozen meatballs—just heat them first.
  • For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the marinara.
  • These sliders make great party appetizers or an easy weeknight dinner.
