Instructions
- Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine bread flour, salt, and instant yeast. Stir in warm water until a shaggy dough forms.
- Add Flavors: Add olives, garlic, and rosemary if using. Mix until evenly distributed.
- First Rise: Cover the bowl and let the dough rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours until doubled in size and bubbly.
- Shape and Second Rise: Turn out the dough, shape into a round loaf, and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat and Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside. Bake the bread for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes more until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
