Instructions
- Prepare the Bread: Brush one side of each bread slice lightly with olive oil.
- Layer the Ingredients: Place two slices of bread, oiled side down, on a clean surface. Layer evenly with mozzarella, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and olives. Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper.
- Assemble and Cook: Top with the remaining bread slices, oiled side up. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
