Perfect as an appetizer or snack, these crispy treats are bursting with Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients

Puff Pastry:

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed,

Spinach Mixture:

1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, chopped, 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped, 2 tablespoons Kalamata olives, chopped, 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped,

For Assembly:

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash), 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, mix together chopped spinach, crumbled feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and fresh dill until well combined.

  4. Shape Crisps: Fold each square into a triangle and press the edges with a fork to seal. Place the crisps on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Serve: Serve warm or at room temperature.
