Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Filling: In a medium bowl, mix together chopped spinach, crumbled feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and fresh dill until well combined.
- Prepare Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 9 equal squares. Spoon a small amount of the spinach and feta mixture into the center of each square.
- Shape Crisps: Fold each square into a triangle and press the edges with a fork to seal. Place the crisps on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with Egg Wash: Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve: Serve warm or at room temperature.
