Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing just until a soft dough forms.
- Shape and bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass or a fork. Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are just beginning to turn golden.
