Description

This Melt in Your Mouth Steaks recipe delivers tender, flavorful steaks infused with a rich marinade made from olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and a blend of herbs and seasonings. Perfect for grilling or stovetop cooking, it transforms ordinary cuts like ribeye, sirloin, NY strip, or filet into juicy, mouthwatering steaks suitable for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion flakes
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • ¼ cup A.1. Original Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

Steak

  • 4 to 6 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, NY Strip, or filet)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, low sodium soy sauce, minced fresh garlic, minced onion flakes, fresh ground black pepper, dried rosemary, A.1. Original Sauce, and Montreal Steak Seasoning until well combined to create a flavorful marinade base.
  2. Marinate the steaks: Place the steaks in a gallon-sized ziplock bag or a resealable container. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are fully coated. Seal the bag or container securely.
  3. Refrigerate to marinate: Put the marinating steaks in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. To ensure even flavor absorption, turn the steaks once or twice during the marinating period, coating both sides evenly.
  4. Cook the steaks: Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the marinade. Cook the steaks on your preferred method—grilling or stovetop pan-frying—until they reach your desired internal temperature for doneness. Let them rest briefly before serving to lock in juices.

Notes

  • Marinate steaks for at least 2 hours for optimal flavor, but overnight marinating will enhance tenderness and taste.
  • Use a meat thermometer to cook steaks precisely to your preferred doneness: 130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium.
  • Discard the leftover marinade after removing the steaks to avoid contamination.
  • Let cooked steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving for juicier results.
  • Adjust black pepper and seasoning to taste depending on spice preference.
