Egg Bites:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon or sausage (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
