Brownie Base:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Additions:

  • 1 cup chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • Nonstick spray or mini muffin liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or liners.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just mixed.
  4. Combine and Bake: Gently fold in most of the chopped Mini Eggs. Fill muffin cups and top with remaining eggs. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
  5. Cool and Serve: Let cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
