Brownie Base:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Additions:
- 1 cup chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs
- Nonstick spray or mini muffin liners
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or liners.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just mixed.
- Combine and Bake: Gently fold in most of the chopped Mini Eggs. Fill muffin cups and top with remaining eggs. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For fudgier bites, slightly underbake and finish setting in the pan.
