Puff Pastry Pizza Bases:
- 1 sheet refrigerated puff pastry or pizza dough
Toppings:
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped regular pepperoni
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Optional toppings such as diced bell peppers, olives, or pineapple
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the puff pastry or pizza dough and cut into circles. Place on the baking sheet.
- Add Sauce & Toppings: Spread sauce on each round, then add cheese, pepperoni, and any other desired toppings.
- Bake: Brush edges with egg wash, sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder, then bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly before packing into lunchboxes.
