For the Phyllo Cups:
- 1 package (15 sheets) phyllo dough, thawed

For the Taco Filling:
- 1/2 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Prepare the Phyllo Cups: Layer 3 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with melted butter. Cut into squares and press into muffin tin cups. Bake until golden and crisp.
- Cook the Taco Filling: Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Assemble: Spoon taco mixture into phyllo cups. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions.
