For the Taco Filling:

  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Prepare the Phyllo Cups: Layer 3 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with melted butter. Cut into squares and press into muffin tin cups. Bake until golden and crisp.
