- 12 mini hot dogs or cocktail sausages
Pretzel Bath:
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 4 cups water

- Coarse salt
- Optional: mustard or cheese for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat: Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll the dough and cut it into 12 equal strips. Wrap each mini hot dog in a strip of dough, pinching the seams to seal.
- Make Pretzel Bath: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add the baking soda. Reduce to a simmer and dip the wrapped dogs for about 20–30 seconds.
- Bake: Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with salt, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
