  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fillings:

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon or ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach or green onions

  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cheese, meat, and vegetables.
  3. Fill Muffin Cups: Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
