Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cheese, meat, and vegetables.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the centers are set and lightly golden on top.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.
