Toppings:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 black olives (whole)
- 8 black olives (sliced lengthwise for legs)
- Optional: Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch round and place on the prepared sheet.
- Add toppings: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each biscuit round, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle each with shredded mozzarella.
- Create spider design: Cut 8 whole olives in half to form spider bodies, and use the remaining sliced olives to make 8 legs per spider. Place one olive half in the center of each mini pizza and arrange four olive slices on each side to form legs.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
- Serve: Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a more flavorful base, brush the biscuit dough with olive oil and a sprinkle of garlic powder before adding toppings.
