  • ½ cup chopped Andes mints or mint chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in peppermint extract and food coloring.
  4. Combine and Bake: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and mint candies. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 9–11 minutes.
