  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 23 bananas)
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in eggs, then mix in mashed bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to banana mixture.
  5. Add Nuts: Fold in nuts if desired.
  6. Bake: Pour batter into pan, bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool and Serve: Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
