Rice Krispie Treats:
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 package (10 ounces) mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Decoration:

- Candy eyes
- 1 cup white chocolate or candy melts (optional for drizzle)
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Grease Pan: Grease a 9×13-inch pan with butter or nonstick spray.
- Melt Marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows, stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
- Color and Mix: Divide mixture into bowls, tint with food coloring. Stir in Rice Krispies. Press into pan.
- Cool and Decorate: Let cool, then cut into squares. Decorate with candy eyes, drizzle with chocolate, and add sprinkles.
Notes
- Work quickly once marshmallow mixture is tinted, as it sets fast.
- For thicker treats, use a smaller pan.
