Instructions
- Cook the filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add spices, then mix in cheese sauce, cheddar, and chilies.
- Assemble the egg rolls: Place filling on wrappers, fold, and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.

Notes
