Description

These Nachos Beef Folded Wraps are a delicious Tex-Mex twist on classic wraps, featuring seasoned ground beef, crunchy tortilla chips, and all your favorite toppings folded into a crispy triangle. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal!

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • Nonstick cooking spray or butter for the pan

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease, then stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until well combined and slightly thickened.
  2. Prepare the Wraps: Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable, then cut a single slit from the center to the edge. Mentally divide each tortilla into four quadrants. Spread the beef, cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, and lettuce into each quadrant.
  3. Fold and Cook: Fold the wrap up one quadrant at a time, forming a layered triangle. Heat a skillet over medium heat, grease with cooking spray or butter, and cook each folded wrap for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden and crispy. Serve warm with extra salsa or sour cream for dipping.

Notes

Notes:

  • You can customize each quadrant with ingredients like guacamole, jalapeños, or beans.
  • To save time, prep the filling and toppings in advance for quick assembly.
