- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice,
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup,
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt,
- optional: pinch of magnesium powder or calcium citrate for added electrolytes

- In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coconut water, orange juice, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and sea salt.
Stir or shake well until the honey is fully dissolved. Add a pinch of magnesium powder or calcium citrate if desired. Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice. Stir again before drinking.
