Description

This No-Bake Snickers Cheesecake is a decadent and easy-to-make dessert that combines a crunchy Oreo cookie crust with a creamy, fluffy filling packed with caramel, chocolate sauces, and chopped Snickers bars. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the use of an oven.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars (about 6 fun-size bars)

Topping

  • Additional chopped Snickers bars
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until thoroughly mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even crust layer. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the cream cheese mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to maintain the light and airy texture.
  4. Add flavors and candy: Stir in the caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, and chopped Snickers bars evenly throughout the filling.
  5. Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the filling over the chilled Oreo crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover the pan and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow it to set properly.
  6. Finish and serve: Before serving, top the cheesecake with additional chopped Snickers pieces and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces. For cleaner slices, freeze the cake for 30 minutes before cutting.

Notes

  • Freeze the cheesecake for 30 minutes prior to slicing for easier and cleaner cuts.
  • You can shortcut crust preparation by using a store-bought Oreo crust.
  • Use light cream cheese or whipped topping as substitutions for a lighter version of the cheesecake.
