  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Stir in oats and chocolate chips: Mix in oats and chocolate chips until evenly combined.
  6. Bake: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
