Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Add oats and raisins: Fold in oats and raisins until combined.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheet, slightly flatten, and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Cool: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
