Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheets: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.

- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Stir in mix-ins: Fold in the chopped pecans, candied cherries, dates, and golden raisins until evenly distributed.
- Bake: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden.
- Cool and serve: Allow the cookies to cool before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
