  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 (3-ounce) packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and brown, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5–6 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Make the Sauce: Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
  4. Add Broth and Noodles: Pour in beef broth, simmer. Break ramen noodles, add to pot with carrots. Simmer until noodles are cooked.
  5. Finish the Dish: Stir in spinach, cook until wilted. Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
