- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 (3-ounce) packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and brown, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5–6 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the Sauce: Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
- Add Broth and Noodles: Pour in beef broth, simmer. Break ramen noodles, add to pot with carrots. Simmer until noodles are cooked.
- Finish the Dish: Stir in spinach, cook until wilted. Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based crumbles.
