  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 12 ounces penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions
