- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cups water or low-sodium chicken broth
- 12 ounces short pasta (penne or rotini)
Toppings and Garnish:
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
