- 12 ounces uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices)
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the Sausage: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add sausage, and cook until browned.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Season and Add Pasta: Stir in Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, pasta, diced tomatoes, and broth. Bring to a boil.
