Ingredients
For the Steak:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Ravioli:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the Ravioli: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Combine: Return steak to the skillet and toss with ravioli. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cheese ravioli, cover, and cook for 5–6 minutes or until ravioli is tender and heated through, stirring occasionally.
Notes
- For extra richness, stir in a splash of heavy cream or a handful of baby spinach during the final minute of cooking.
