For the Steak:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Ravioli:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

  3. Cook the Ravioli: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cheese ravioli, cover, and cook for 5–6 minutes or until ravioli is tender and heated through, stirring occasionally.

  5. Combine: Return steak to the skillet and toss with ravioli. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
