  • Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water, toss with 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together orange zest, orange juice, miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Stir-Fry Vegetables: Heat remaining sesame oil in a skillet. Stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot until tender. Add garlic and ginger.
  4. Combine and Toss: Add cooked noodles and miso-orange sauce to the skillet. Stir-fry until heated through.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Serve warm.
